Take a guided walking tour through the Old Quarter to discover Hanoi's ancient and modern beauty, experience the daily life of locals in Vietnam's capital city, and enjoy the atmosphere of Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. After dinner, we'll board the night train to Lao Cai - a shared 4-berth soft bed cabin.

Day 2:

Heaven Gate – Muang Hoa Valley – Seo My Ty Water Reservoir

Our local guide and its team welcome you at the Lao Cai's Station at 5:30 a, load your luggage on a support vehicle, and drive you on winding roads to Sapa. Just an hour's transfer through mountainous landscapes and lush valleys filled with rice terraces will stimulate your four days to explore Sapa and its colorful tribal villages, rolling more onto local culture.

After breakfast in Sapa, and then we will transfer to Heaven Gate, where we will look over the vast valley of Muong Hoa. The ride starts on Pha Si Bang road, down the valleys on winding roads, and cycle your own pace on a single route as you can stop anywhere you want to enjoy views and take photos of incredible scenic mountains and rice fields. Make a stop at Cat Cat Village, experience the H'Mong's costumes and the life of villagers, and explore the surrounding areas. We continue across the Muong Hoa valleys to Lao Chai and Ta Van. We'll have lunch at the local home before we ride rolling hills and speed up some gentle hillsides to Seo My Ty, the peaceful and beautiful village by the lake. Check in the Homestay Seo My Ty homestay, enjoy kayaking and swimming, and the lovely gentle mountain landscapes of the Reservoir.

Day 3:

Seo My Ty – Thanh Phu – Nam Cang

Early wake up in the fresh atmosphere of the remote village. Enjoy breakfast, look over the terraced rice fields, and experience the daily activities of villagers before we pick up the bike. From the homestay, we ride to remote areas of Thanh Phu and Nam Cang. We gear up our bikes to cycle on the back road and dirt track leading back to Ta Van village. Upon arriving in the town, we keep riding on the concrete road leading to the suspension bridge, a challenging steep pass leading to Thanh Phu- a village of the Tay minority. Here you stop for lunch in a traditional Tay house. Following lunch, we turn to the Lech village of the Red Dao minority and enjoy the fantastic scenery of mountains and rice paddy terraces in the stunning valleys. Visit a traditional Red Dao family, where you will experience the culture. In the last section, we descend to Nam Cang village, the homestay we stay at tonight.

Day 4:

Nam Cang - Sin Chai – Suoi Thau - Xuan Giao - Hanoi

Early morning is the best time to see tribes prepare for the day's work. Older adults go to their farms, and kids go to schools, etc. Wake up early and explore the Red Zao tribes' activities and the peaceful landscape surroundings. After breakfast, say goodbye to your host and ride from the homestay. The villages of Nam Canh, Nam Sai, and Suoi Thau are remote areas, and they offer hillside dirt roads, winding and through valleys, and beautiful mountain landscapes. Have lunch at the local home and continue undulating along mountain hillsides, limestone mountains, and sometimes along the rivers. The ride will end up in Xuan Giao. We then take a transfer to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Sapa Cycling Tours
