Cycling from Nha Trang to Dalat is not easy and fun because Nha Trang is a seaside city, and Dalat is the central highland province and about 1500 meters above sea level. This day is quite a long way of 65km cycling, after an hour, transfers to a fishing village to begin with, crossing a lagoon by riding a wooden bridge in 1 km long. Then we enjoy riding on dirt tracks along fish farms and fishing villages, passing farmlands of cashew plantations before a coffee break at Nam Hai fishing village. Then we continue to bike on a gentle hilly country road through cassava and sugar cane and sweet potato plantations before we pedal along local beaches to Tuy Ha city. Your lunch is in Tuy Ha City. After lunch, a short transfer takes you to a rural village to start the afternoon ride. The bike route is mixed concrete and dirt track through nice villages and green rice paddies, passing kindergarten, primary and high schools. There will be many stops at local markets on the way. We will have a transfer to Nha Trang city in the late afternoon.

The most beautiful coastal back roads in Vietnam are located in central provinces. The peaceful village where today's ride start is about an hour of transfer by vehicle. In the morning, you will immerse yourself in the cycling adventure of today. In the morning, we travel through the outskirt of Tam Quang Dist; ride through the homeland of coconut, and rice farmland, cross a river of Lai Giang, and challenge some little hills before we ride down the coastal country back road and pass salt fields. We continue biking on the small country road to De Ghi and stop for lunch at De Ghi fishing village. In the afternoon, we ride past shrimp farms and fish farms along a quiet oceanic back road, view the beautiful scenery of foothills, peanut fields, and tapioca plantations, passing dunes before a leisurely ride a long Thi Nai Marsh.

Check out of the hotel after breakfast for a 20-minute transfer takes you to the different side of Thu Bon River, Cua Dại Bridge. We will start cycling through removed villages, many hills of white sand where locals rarely see foreigners coming through. Especially ride intensely in small towns by little Rivers where numerous bamboo bridges are the gateway to villages. Today's ride gives more opportunities to experience daily life in seaside districts. Stopping at local houses and seeing how fishermen weave fishing nets, and roll bamboo boats by locals. Ride on narrow mixed concrete dirt tracks through ride fields, and you can see buffaloes helping farmers working on farmland; you are also riding past fruit gardens, shelters, thatch houses, and traditional houses of Tam Thanh village. Many locals here do raising ducks on their own land. Special and highlights that you could enjoy the ride as much as possible. Today we have lunch a bit late in the town of Tam Ky. Then ride on an A/C vehicle to Quang Ngai city, and stop at My Lai village to pay a visit to Son My memorial before checking in hotel.

Hoi An Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. The former port city's melting-pot history is reflected in its architecture, a mix of eras and styles from wooden Chinese temples to colorful French colonial buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses, and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge with its pagoda. Today's cycling gives you an easy ride so you take your time for wonderful experiences; have ferry crossings, and floating bridges, explore the life of farmers in the Delta of Thu Bon River, see working buffaloes on rice paddy field, stop at a wooden boat made at a local home. Visit some workshops and see the way of weaving the colorful straw "Hoi An" sleeping mats and handicrafts in the countryside of Hoi An. Invited lunch to local home. Return to Hoi An around 2:30 PM. Spend your owned time exploring Hoi An on foot by yourself.

Take a short transfer out of the bustling traffic to a peaceful village. Ride on impressive terrain mountain back roads through scenic countryside lanes and enjoy some of the most remarkable landscapes, passing temples, pagodas, rice fields, and fishing villages—cycle along the well-known Tam Giang Lagoon, across bridges, small towns, hills, and family farms. Then we turn on a small path and ride a long ocean Vinh Hien on flat terrain before we challenge some little hills to Phuoc Tuong Pass. Enjoy lunch at a seafood restaurant by Lang Co beach.

The option is to be flexible for cyclists who want to avoid challenging Hai Van Pass, transferring to the peak of Hai Van Pass to ride the coastal road of Da Nang City after lunch. A quick vehicle will drive you to Rach Soi, and then you will benefit from the stunning scenery of the wetland along the coast. Ride past many colorful fishing boats and ships and family fisheries, enjoy some ferry crossing rivers, and meet friendly locals along with lively villages. You will stop off at Tac Cau, enjoy coffee and fresh fruit, wander around the small market by the river fork, look over the river, and admire hundreds of wooden fishing boats with endless photos. Following your ride, venture into the rustic countryside, fish and shrimp farms, and paddy fields. You will see buffalos working in rural, local harvest agricultural crop and animal farming along the way to U Minh Thuong.

Have lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, you will rest 1.5 hours on a vehicle transfer to Thoi Binh, and then you will follow small tracks to U Minh Ha forest, explore the forest by bike, then by boat. A long-tailed engine-composite boat rides through greenery forest and waterlily; enjoy seeing storks, kingfishers, and birds, listening to birds singing and experiencing the forest's wildlife. If time permits, you want the last ride along waterways, through the small jungle to urban Dist, then back on the vehicle for a short transfer city center of Ca Mau.
