Day 3:

Mekong Delta - Cai Be - Can Tho

After breakfast at hotel, leave Saigon and travel to Cai Be, Mekong Delta to explore local life both Island and River banks. Upon arrive in Cai Be at around 11:00 AM and start your tour by private cruise on Mekong River, view the beautiful cathedral which faces to River. Continue cruising to local cottage industries, family business to see how to make rice paste, rice cookies, and rice paper and coconut candies. Then return to your boat and sail cross Mekong River to Tan Phong Island to explore a beautiful creek by sampan boat; see daily life of locals along branch of Mekong River. You then stop and have lunch at local home in countryside by river and visit fruit orchards and traditional house which was belonged a landlord. Then your cruise will continue travel on Dong Phu canal to Vinh Long city where it is the other side of Mekong River and Your driver will be waiting for you. Finish your boat trip here in Vinh Long and relax on our private vehicle to Can Tho city

Day 2:

Cu Chi Tunnels – Cao Dai Temple

Today you will travel to Cu Chi tunnel and Cao Dai Temple. You will spend a full day travel outside of Ho Chi Minh city. You first will visit the famous underground tunnel of Cu Chi. it’s consist of 250 kilometers of the tunnels and this tunnel network is not far from Cambodia border. Watch documentary film and listen to your guide introduction about three levels of tunnel; hospitals, booby traps, and storage facilities, hidden smoke kitchen, air holes and many simple weapons. Next you will visit the beautiful Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh province. This is a great opportunity to watch the noontime prayer service. The Caodaism was found in 1920 and it combines elements of Buddhism, Confucianism, Hinduism, Christianity and Islam as to bring peace to all people. You then enjoy lunch in town before returning to Saigon in the late afternoon.

Day 1:

Saigon Arrival

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City. It's the country's largest city in Vietnam. Then enjoy an orientation tour through butling street to city center and en route to the hotel. Have lunch at restaurant in city center before a guided city tour. In the afternoon you will visit historical sites such as the Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office and Ben Thanh Market. Enjoy the rest of the day to explore downtown by your own.

Day 3:

Can Tho - Cai Rang floating market - Ninh Kieu quay

Get up early in the morning and your breakfast will be ready out the Deck. Freshen up for the early boat trip to the spectacular Cai Rang floating market, where you will transfer to a smaller boat and mingle amongst the thousands of trading vessels. Feel free to buy yourself fruits or drinks from the local boats. After your market visit, return to your Mango Cruise, and soak in your surroundings. Time to check out and you will be dropped off at Ninh Kieu quay in Can Tho, and preparing for your onward trip. End of tour.

Day 2:

Vung Liem - Tra On - Can Tho

In the morning, breakfast will be served on board and you will start to visit the brick factory where you will see how bricks are made in the traditional method and mostly by hand. Continue to take the bike ride through green paddies, garden settings and local villages to explore the untouched beauty of this region. Head to the town of Vung Liem ,  continue on to visit the Cao Dai Temple in one of the most popular local religions, which is a combination of Taoism, Buddhism and Confusism. The boat will then cruise to Tra On on the Mang Thit river, on the way you will stop at Cai Nhum village where you will have a walk or bike ride through local villages and this will offer a good chance to observe the local culture and interact with the local people. Get back to your boat and continue cruising to Can tho.
While on board, freshen up, and then head to the deck to observe the sun set, your private bar is always open and your dinner will be served afterwards. Enjoy fresh air while cruising on the tranquil water. The rest of the evening is spent at your leisure.

Day 1:

Ben Tre - Mo Cay - Vung Liem

Upon arrival at Ba Lai bridge in Ben Tre, get on Xe Loi (trishaw- motor) ride to alongside the narrow village roads to our local pier. You will board your Mango cruise boat at  Ba Dung Pier in Ben Tre and head to An Hoa River. Enjoy coconut juice and peaceful scenery while crew members board your luggage.  The cruise will take you to Phong Nam village in Giong Trom, where you will take the cycling trip through the Village to explore more of the local daily life.  

Stop at a local house to taste the tropical fruits and chat with the farmer. Visit a coconut spirits factory, which is a popular drink among the natives in Vietnam. It is a sweet, fresh or mildly fermented sap taken from tapping the young expanded flowers of the coconut, good for the health. Continue to take a rowing sampan boat through the small canals, which are covered green by the water coconut plants. As you reach the big river, your sampan is waiting for you and lunch will be served on board. After lunch, your boat will bring you to My Long village where you will meet with a local family, Mr Sau Tuong, a former Vietcong soldier who survived two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. Now he and his wife live on making rice paper, which is the most famous specialty of My Long village. Have a chat with him and enjoy the crispy rice paper made by his wife, and observe the process of how it is made Return to the boat and continue to cruise to Mo Cay canals. Stop for a visit at the coconut processing workshop where you can see how the locals utilize every bit of the coconut.  Continue cruising to Vung Liem Canal where your sampan will dock for an overnight. Relax and freshen up for your cooking demonstration and dinner on board.  The rest of the evening will be spent at your leisure

Giong Trom - Saigon

After breakfast, take a boat trip 30 minutes then get off the boat to ride the bicycle to a local market of My Long, stroll around the market, then continue the cycling tour to Phong Nam village stop for a Cao Dai religious temple visit, after that you will go biking back to Mango Home. Return the Mango Home. Have a rest and enjoy a 5 course lunch 
Check out and you will be transferred to the meeting point, where your car is waiting for you. End of tour.

Day 1:

Saigon - Ben Tre

Depart at 8.00am your accommodation in Saigon for a 1.5 hour drive from Saigon to Ben Tre, one of the country's southern provinces, situated in the Delta of the Mekong River.  Take in the highway as you leave behind the busy city. Pass Rach Mieu bridge before reaching Huu Dinh hamlet. Get on a tri-motor cycle (xe loi) ride to enjoy the lush surroundings of rice paddies and fruit farms alongside the narrow village roads. Arrive at the waterfront; board the charming Mango Cruise for a glimpse at the Delta scenery while enjoying coconut juice. First stop for a visit at the coconut processing, then back to your cruise and the cruise will stop at a brick making shop, where the locals still use centuries-old traditional methods to make the bricks by hand where you will start a Bicycle trip around Phong Nam village around 4km, through gardens and stop at a coconut spirits factory, which is a popular drink among the natives in Vietnam. It is a sweet, fresh or mildly fermented sap taken from tapping the young expanded flowers of the coconut, good for the health. Continue bicycle trip about 10-15 minutes to Mrs. Huong’s home. Her family lives on fishing, shrimp and farming. Enjoy the tropical fruits and honey tea in her garden before taking the rowing sampan, be paddled by a personalized rower trip to discover the maze of small canals.
Then rowing you back to your mango boat and head to Mango home restaurant, enjoy your 5 course lunch and freshen up before switch to a bicycle and ride 500m About 4 minutes( or 7-10 minutes walk) on village roads past green gardens and local houses, and stop at another local house of Mr Sau Tuong, a former Vietcong soldier who survived two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. Return to Mango Home, perhaps it is time to enjoy the swimming pool or relax at one of the nice sitting areas. Have dinner at Mango Home Restaurant.

Day 2:

Vinh Long - Sadec

Breakfast will be served on board and cruising towards the town of Sa Dec and you will start to explore this charming town, where it is the backdrop for the film ‘The Lover’, based on the semi-autobiographical novel by Marguerite Duras. The story is about a teenage French girl who falls in love with a wealthy Chinese man, Huynh Thuy Le.
You will visit his old family home as well as the high school where Marguerite’s mother was a teacher.  Then, you will continue with cycling through the village of Tan Qui Dong. For hundreds of years this village has provided Saigon with its daily flower supply. After that, meeting your driver on land for your return to Saigon or your on wards trip. End of tour!

Upon arrival, you will board your Mango cruise boat at Mango Home Riverside Pier in Ben Tre and head to An Hoa canals.  Get on your private sampan, your luggage will be brought to your cabin, while you enjoy a refreshing coconut juice on the deck while meeting your crew members and enjoying the scenery and fresh air from the water.

After your visit take a short walk to Mrs. Huong’s house, who lives with her 3 children and grandson – they live on fishing, shrimp and fruit orchards. Enjoy fresh fruits and tea in her garden and then board a rowing sampan, taking you through a lush narrow canal, displaying the tranquil nature of the region.
Then rowing you back to your Mango boat to enjoy the lunch before continuing to cruise to Sa Dec town. On the way stop at local village and begin cycling, enjoying the peaceful scenery and quiet road pathways. 
Get back to your boat, relax and enjoy your cruise then prepare for your cooking demonstration while enjoying your dinner.
