Ben Tre - Ho Chi Minh

Enjoy breakfast in the morning and the cruise will take you to Phong Nam village in Giong Trom, where you will take the cycling trip through the Village to explore more of the local daily life.  

You also will stop for a visit at the brick factory.  Here you will see how bricks are made using traditional methods, which are centuries old. 

Continue to take a rowing sampan boat through the small canals, which are covered green by the water coconut plants.

At 10am, say good-bye to your crew and guide, and enjoy a 2 hours transfer to Ho Chi Minh

Day 2:

Vung Liem - Ben Tre

In the morning, breakfast will be served on board before starting to explore the town of Vung Liem by bicycle. Visit the Cao Dai Temple in one of the most popular local religions, which is a combination of Taoism, Buddhism and Confusium. Continue to visit the local wet market of Vung Liem.

After your touring in Vung Liem, it will be time to cruise onwards to Ben Tre province, famous for its peaceful waterways and coconut production. 

Cruise to the district of Mo Cay and then make a stop in Giong Trom to see Con Oc Island, an island which is famous with coconut products. Take the bicycle to Ms Dung house, her family has been well-known of making handicrafts from coconut shell. Have a chat with the locals and get back to your boat to enjoy the sunset in the late afternoon. Our staff will then prepare your dinner on board

Can Tho - Vung Liem

Upon arrival, you will board your Mango cruise boat at Ninh Kieu Quay and head to Tra On. Enjoy your welcome drink and peaceful scenery while crew members board your luggage. Comfort yourself on our sofa in the front sitting room and enjoy the breeze. 

Lunch will be served on board while cruising to the Mang Thit River, this smaller branch of River allows you to observe more of the riverine culture and local activities along the way. 

Stop a walk through the village to explore more of the local life style, enjoy the green garden and start to chat with the friendly locals. 

Heading to Vung Liem in the late afternoon and relax while watching the sunset. Freshen up and time to get ready for cooking demonstration on board that comes with your dinner. Anchor in Vung Liem for overnight.

Day 3:

HCM – Ben Tre – Home-stay

Leave Saigon 8:00 am for two hours transfer to Ben Tre city.  On arrival in Ben Tre by Ham Luong River, we pick up the bikes and do saddle adjusting; put the helmets on and we ride on small bridge to charming villages; Phu Nhuan, Nhon Trach and My Thanh. Explore charming villages, see beautiful countryside, and experience daily activities of local through villages. We will have a lunch at local restaurant in countryside. There will be many stops through lush green villages; coconut fiber factory, coconut jelly, family making coconut brooms, sleeping mates and sweet candy workshop. Explore charming villages, see beautiful countryside, and experience daily activities of local through villages. As we reach to riverside! We get on boat and cruise on natural waterway landscapes and welcomed coconut drinks on board. The cruise will stop at a brick making shop. This is a chance you witness the daily life of farmers, gardeners in countryside of Ben Tre. Check in at Mango Riverside homestay and spend the rest of today to enjoy local cocktails, beer by swimming pool.

Day 2:

Explore Ho Chi Minh city & See Cu Chi Tunnel

There are two activities today. In the morning, we will explore a famous Cu Chi tunnel and we then return to Saigon for a half-day city tour and free in the evening. Depart from Saigon at 7:30 am, enjoy driving through the country largest city and its lively countryside and rural villages of Cu Chi District. We first stop at local house which the family produces rice paper and rice wine. Then we continue our vehicle driving to the Ben Duoc tunnel and watch documentary film to know how Viet Cong built three levels of tunnel network!  Then you will be exploring the real things; secret entrance, booby traps, fighting bunkers, hidden smoke kitchen and handmade weapon workshop underground before we relax at shooting range. After lunch in local nice restaurant by river, we return to Saigon by our private vehicle. Visit Re-unification Palace, War Remnant Museum then we enjoy walking to Notre Dame Cathedrals and Saigon Post Office before we walk down to Ben Thanh Market.

You are warmly welcome at Tan Son Nhat Airport and will driving to hotel for check in. It takes about a 30 minute to Saigon city center. The rest is fee to explore Saigon city by your own.

Explore Cu Chi tunnels

This is a day trip to Cu Chi tunnel begins with a pick you up at the dock. Enjoy 1.5 driving through charming village and rubber plantation and make a stop a local farmer's house. You will have the opportunity to learn to make rice paper which is used to prepare delicious Vietnamese rice paper rolls. We then continue going to Cu Chi Tunnels. Watch documentary film before we explore this tunnel; see secret entrance, booby traps, door traps, fighting bunkers, bomb craters, handmade weapon workshop underground……see 3 levels of tunnel before we stop at shooting range…. Lunch en route,  we will stop at cricket farm of local, and taste some fried crickets wrapped in a spring roll, just eat it like a local snack during the farm visit. It’s an opportunity to experience the local doing business of cricket farm. We return to Saigon by vehicle in the afternoon.

Explore lively countryside of Cai Be day trip

You are warmly welcome at the dock of Phu My in the morning for transfer to Cai Be via outskirt of Ho Chi Minh. On arrival at Cai Be Pier, we will take a boat ride to explore Cai Be countryside. We will visit the small town of Cai Be by Mekong River and it takes about two hours by car from the city. Cai Be's countryside is famous for its floating market where locals sell and buy all kinds of farm products. Not far from floating market! There are many family workshops making candies, rice paper, and coconut handicraft and so on. There are many natural creeks through Cai Be which invite us to a simple sampan rowing on, enjoy the lush greenery on both sides of the banks. Explore the real life of local through villages. Enjoy delicious specialty lunch at local home and visit the ancient house before we return to your cruise in the afternoon.
